2. Services
All work carried out by MFL Roofing will be agreed in writing before commencement. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Any additional work not included in the original quote may be subject to extra charges, which will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

3. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined clearly in your quotation or invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We accept payment via bank transfer unless an alternative method is agreed in advance.

4. Cancellations and Delays
Should you need to cancel or postpone your booking, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. In the event of severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, MFL Roofing reserves the right to reschedule work to ensure safety and quality.

5. Guarantees and Liability
We pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship. Where applicable, guarantees will be provided depending on the type of work and materials used. MFL Roofing will not be held responsible for any damage caused by misuse, neglect, third-party interference, or failure to carry out recommended maintenance after the work has been completed.
